Mr. Scott Van Alstine
Scott Van Alstine worked in Georgia in the summer of 2006, and he has over 3 years of experience in living and working in the South Caucasus. His research on youth community participation in Armenia will soon be published in a book on youth and international development. He specializes in youth participation, training design, teacher training, education sector reform, and institutional grant writing for projects funded by international donors, such as USAID and UNDP. Scott is currently employed by World Learning for International Development, in Washington, D.C., where he helps implement participant training programs in Eastern Europe and Eurasia.
